Breakthrough Synergy:

The Concussion Story

How Two Experts Combined Forces, Mastered Call Center Sales, and Turned a Side Project into a Performance Marketing Pacesetter.

Scaling a business is a complex endeavor that requires a dynamic system with feedback and collaboration. Unfortunately, most companies focus on purchasing more leads rather than creating metrics and systems that amplify quality and increase predictability.
But fear not, for over a decade ago, two dynamic entrepreneurs designed a data-driven process for performance marketing that enables flourishing companies to grow to their maximum capacity.

The Power of Synergy

The “Concussion Boys” began their journey when Adam’s brother-in-law introduced the two. They met and immediately understood they had a synergy. Each was working in different businesses and neither knew exactly what opportunity would bring them together.

A Simple Side Project

In a fortuitous turn of events, Michael and Adam came together to grow a sales call center for tax mitigation services. When Michael took the helm of sales call center, he instinctively turned to Adam to streamline operations.
The dynamic duo discovered that lead quality and low acquisition costs were pivotal for profitability and established a lead generation “side project” inside their call center.

An Overwhelming Success

An Overwhelming
Success

Their side project became an overwhelming success, generating a deluge of leads. The overflow was quickly sold to other companies. Invigorated by this triumph, Michael and Adam made the bold decision to break away from the call center and devote their energies solely to developing their new high-performance marketing enterprise — Concussion Media

Three Keys to Scaling:

A Formula for Success.

The Concussion Boys knew they were onto something, and they started refining their strategy. They cracked the code of success with a formula that revealed three essential keys that are rarely practiced in the performance marketing space.
These three keys are data-driven feedback loops, technological agility, and vision alignment.

Data-Driven Feedback Loops

Data-Driven
Feedback Loops

The first key is feedback loops. Continual improvement of the customer journey is crucial to scaling. By gathering data through optimized feedback loops, you can gain a deep understanding of your customer’s needs and preferences.
This knowledge allows you to create targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience, improving your brand’s reputation and increasing opt-in rates.

Technological Agility

The second key is technological agility. The speed of change is moving at the pace of innovation.
The competitive advantage goes to those who adapt quickly and leverage new advances in martech. Companies that are too slow to adopt new technologies or processes risk getting left behind. Staying ahead of the curve requires agility to discover new best practices.

Vision Alignment

The third key is vision alignment. Scaling a business requires a team effort. Success at scale requires fostering a shared vision that is supported by core values, which in turn nourish relationships based on trust, support, and collaboration.
